I have a story to share with you about my personal experience of being in a hospital. A year ago, I suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized for several days. The doctors treated me very well but the environment there seemed so sterile and oppressive. I missed all sorts of things outside, like my dly activities, my fris and family.
One day when I had some time off from treatment, I decided to wander out in nature near the hospital park. It was a breath of fresh r for my mind. The greenery and chirping birds calmed me down and gave me strength. After that experience, I realized how important it is to have nature close by when one is ill.
I want you to understand why I'm saying this - because I think too many people overlook the importance of natural surroundings in healthcare settings. Hospitals should definitely focus on providing medical care but they should also consider creating a more frily environment for patients through incorporating green spaces and outdoor areas.
My experience at that hospital taught me that it's not just about medicine, it's about the whole picture - it's about making a patient feel better, body and soul.
I hope my story will inspire hospitals to change their approach towards patient care by including more elements of nature in their settings.

In the year preceding this narrative, I found myself beset by unforeseen illness that necessitated an exted hospitalization. The medical staff atted to me with a high standard of care; however, the atmosphere was one of clinical detachment that seemed to suppress all life and vitality. During those days within the confines of my hospital bed, I longed for the mundane yet cherished aspects of dly existence - my routines, social engagements, and connections with family and fris.
Upon an opportunity afforded by a respite from treatment, I ventured into the nearby park adjacent to the institution's grounds. The invigorating fresh r provided me with a salve to my troubled mind. The lush vegetation and melodious bird calls served as an elixir of solace that bolstered my strength. Post this experience, it became abundantly clear how integral access to nature is for health and wellbeing.
I wish to share these reflections because I believe there are numerous people who undervalue the significance of natural environments within healthcare settings. Hospitals should not only prioritize medical care but also consider enhancing patient experience through the inclusion of green spaces and outdoor areas.
My encounter with that particular hospital taught me that healing is a multidimensional process; it affects both our physical body and spiritual well-being. It's not merely about administering medications, but rather creating an environment conducive to recovery that considers all aspects of experience.
I hope my story will inspire transformations in healthcare institutions towards integrating more natural elements into their settings, ming to improve patient care from a holistic perspective.
